We live just 33 miles away from this beautiful CL and stay here often. We and several of the regular campers often agree that we could drive 300 miles and find nothing as idyllic as Marina Fields, with the brook, weeping willows and fir trees, to say nothing of the wildlife, swans and cygnets, duck and ducklings, heron, coots and copious wild birds! The new management team, Ray and June have to work hard to overcome a negative impression given by one of their predecessors and work hard they do. Nothing is too much trouble and you will always be greeted by a cheery smile. Do go and see for yourself, but, don't tell your friends as we don't want it to be too busy!
