Don't be put off by the access road to this CL which goes past the former agricultural buildings which are now light industrial units. This was the very first CL that we stayed on in August 2011 and we were very pleased that we did! The CL is situated behind the light industrial units - no noise whatsover on our visit - and has a lovely view across open fields to the canal. There is a shower and toilets in an adjacent former agricultural building. This was spotlessly clean (and cleaned daily). The 5 pitches are all on hardstanding and with electric hook-up. There is a chemical loo emptying point too. We had a lovely 3 nights at the site and spent the time on local walks from the caravan, along the canal to Melksham and the villages in between. The owners were friendly and very helpful too. A great start to our caravanning!
