Great CL
Lovely peaceful CL, spacious level pitches with wifi . Great walks from the site and into the village, which has a shop and a couple of pubs. Bus service to York / Easingwold. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Great location
Just back from a very relaxed 3 nights here. Great value with EHU. We got the bus from the site all the way into York centre in 30 minutes.
Everything a CL should be
Stayed three nights. Oxclose Farm is everything we love about CL's with a warm welcome and at £15 per night excellent value for money. All services worked well, locked gate, and peace and quiet. We walked everyday picking up provisions from the Post Office, bramley apples left at a gate and jam from a stall in a garden. Fresh eggs available from the Information hut. The Chip shop is closed Monday and Tuesday. So was Daisy's Tea Rooms. There is a regular bus service right outside the site. Nice views over surrounding fields and some nice sunsets. Absolutely lovely.

Our New Favourite
Booked for 4 nights but extended to 7 because we loved the peace and quiet so much.
Paul was very helpful and easy to contact by text.
Site is small but has everything you need, with plenty of room between pitches.
Nice to have a good dog-walk circuit on the country tracks is around the site too.
