Pleanty of room with views

Peach Croft Farm Plenty of room with views Easy to find great entrance. They do not have a Caravan Club site sigh. You can catch a bus to Oxford the bus stop is near the roundabout that you came off to farm. Shops are turn right out of entrance then the first left fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway, newsagent, super market and a few more, it can be walked if you like walking . Park and ride is very near £2 to park car all day free on bus if you have a bus pass. WE FOUND OUT ALL THE INFORMATION BY ASKING A LOCAL NO INFORMATION BOARD AT SITE I cannot understand why sites do not help with telephone numbers for emergencies. Do not forget to get the gate code if you come back late you would need it. The toilets are kept clean and open all day and night. We would use this site again. The only thing that we were not happy about was that for the 12 nights that we stayed here on only one occasion did we have 5 caravans it was 8 ,7 or 6 and plus a tent for 4 nights this site is not run under caravan club rules. When speaking to the family in the tent they told us that they have been here a few times before . and are not members of the caravan club, also we had a Caravan left on a hook up for 4 days not being used.

easter 2017

just stayed for a week over Easter , lovely site with plenty of room, nice open views with the red kites flying over site every day, toilets and shower quite good seeing that they are used not only for the site but also people using the farm shop and café , access is so easy with gated entrance, nice pub just around the corner, although there are staff in the shop and café we never met anyone who seemed to be the owners, would return without any doubt ,as for the sound of turkeys we never heard a sound , might be a different nearer Christmas !!

Gobble Gobble, take your earplugs!

Handy site for both Oxford and Abingdon, both easily accessed via bus from nearby. Nice couple of pubs locally with good cheap food. 7 vans on site the 3 days we stayed so a bit cramped. Main complaint would be noise in the night from the Turkeys and Geese in the barns. During the day it is just background noise but at night we had to wear earplugs. Nice farm shop on site and facilities all nice and clean. If you stay when the many 100's of Turkeys and Geese are not being fattened up for xmas then would be 4 stars.

Very good

We only stayed for one night it's very well placed for a stop on way to Dorset. The farm shop and coffee shop looked good would definatly stay again for longer but would recommend going to far side of field away from the busy working farm and the turkeys not that they were a problem in fact they looked that well cared for we are going to order one for christmas

Convenient for visiting Oxford

Just had 2 nights at this CL. As others have said, it's park where you like, and nice and flat. Although grassy it was dry and the grass was cut so you didn't get wet walking around. A bit of a trek to empty the toilet cassette and fairly basic but it all works. One point - there was quite a bit of dog mess around where we parked, presumably from the owners two small dogs. Unpleasant and best avoided if possible.  But despite that we'd stay again no worries. Really convenient to Radley station to visit Oxford sights.

A peach of a site

We spent 4 nights at this site recently and were really impressed, it's so accessible from the A34 even for very large outfits and is very easy to find. There is a well stocked farm shop and the welcome was very friendly. The field is very large and flat and it's a park where you like type of site which was great for us as we had a beautiful view over the fields watching the red kites. You can catch the bus into Oxford about 10 mins walk to the bus stop and Oxford is amazing. We had a day around Blenheim Palace which was a real treat. It's a great site to stop off when travelling north South and would most certainly recommend a visit.

nice and relaxing

Very friendly, and spacious CL, local walks around lakes, buses to Abingdon(although you can walk there in 20mins) and Oxford, short walk to local pub. Nice farm shop and coffee shop, great place to stay.

Would recommend

In off the Abingdon ring road, no narrow lanes. Dead flat site with plenty of room for pitching. Shower and WCs are part of the farm shop complex if you don't mind a short walk across a working - and clean! - farmyard. Automatic gates operate from early evening which you are given the code to - worth checking the code you are given works the first evening you are there and have the cotact phone numbers to hand. The only time we were late back the code didn't work - several phone calls later we were in. Excellent farm shop on site. Bus stop to Oxford within 15mins walk.
