Lovely views and great location
A lovely site with easy access to Aberystwyth and its attractions. The site has a nice toilet and shower which was spotless and modern. The grassy pitches were level and had lovely views of the surrounding countryside and Aber in the distance.
Some road noise but this did not bother us. There is a bike and walking trail from the farm - great access to the cycle path and a river walk to Aberystwyth - will come again !

Delightful CL
This was our first visit to Penygraig Farm, as we were hoping to revive memories of Aberystwyth from many years ago, and what a delight it turned out to be! The CL slopes very gently, so pitching and levelling were no problem. With woods behind our pitch, and a stunning view over the Welsh countryside to the west, the atmosphere of peace, beauty, and quiet was complete. There is a small toilet block (one toilet and a shower), kept immaculately clean, together with recycling and waste disposal. Behind the CL, a footpath gives a quiet half-hour’s walk into Aberystwyth or, in the other direction, about half a mile to the bus stops in the nearest village. The footpath is paved and well maintained, so is ideal for buggies. All in all, we loved this CL, and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Excellent CL
Had a one night stay here on a trip around the West coast of Wales. It is a well kept CL surrounded by stunning scenery. Site is on a large, fairly flat field with no hook ups. However, the toilet block with shower was an excellent facility. We will definitely return some day and try the adjacent cycle path.
Easy access to Aberystwyth
The CL is sited next to the cycle track that provides a short cut to the village with a shop and the bus stop for regular buses to Aberystwyth. Unfortunately the village pub has closed.
The loo & shower block is modern, clean and well kept.
Peaceful CL
Lovely peaceful CL with nice clean toilet and shower. There is easy access onto the Ystwyth trail which is an easy cycle or stroll into Aberystwyth. Sitting watching cruising red kites is a enjoyable way to spend your mornings and evenings :-)
Cycle friendly and peaceful site
We stayed here in order to visit Aberystwyth and found it easy to cycle there along the adjacent Ystwyth trail, which was accessible from the site. Although not completely flat it was an easy 3 mile ride into town past Pen Dinas nature reserve. The site is fairly flat and seemed to be well-drained, essential as we are a motorhome over 3.5 tonnes. There are lovely views and Red kites can be seen now and then. There is no electric but a useful and clean shower and toilet was a bonus. Be careful when you leave as the main road is very busy.
