First of grid, bliss

Local to us but are first off grid. Absolutely loved it, loads of cycling, all along the canals, with plenty of Pitt stops, ( cafes and pubs).grass nicely mowed. Owner friendly and offers local advice. Yes the tap isn’t to near, but we will certainly go back.

Great find....

Loved this site. Was really sad to leave this morning. Really friendly and informative owner. Even friendlier Labrador! If you don't mind being off grid, it's the perfect place. Water and toilet emptying facilities (you do need an aquaroll really as the water is a little walk away but this didn't bother us). We only stayed 2 nights but intend to return as there's so much to do in the area. Hatton Locks (and the pub there with delicious steak pie!) are within walking distance. The local post office is like a mini supermarket and serves bacon rolls which we didn't try but they smelled delicious. Two National Trust properties just a short walk away, not to mention Warwick and Kenilworth castles.

Good off grid, mostly sloping site. Hatton locks within walking distance. Close to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford on Avon. Some traffic noise but not disturbing to sleep 😀. Great value for money. Will definitely be returning here.
