Excellent choice

Our reason for visiting the area was to go to Bletchley Park & we were able to get a pitch at 'The Rectory' having tried others first. What a good decision accepting this pitch. The CL is in a lovely position at the end of a long concrete farm road, past farm buildings & the farm house ,on slightly higher ground. The site is beautifully kept, the grass short & easy underfoot. The pitches are well spaced with an open aspect allowing views over the fields. All the facilities are easily found ,clean and tidy. The owner..Mr Eaton..has been especially cautious with government guidelines on covid and hand sanisitzers are available at the chemical emptying point and the water outlet. Rubbish bins are near by. Couldn't be better & to 'top off ' the whole stay ,other than the occasional bleating from sheep..after all it's very much a working farm..it was so quiet and peaceful at night This is an area we would probably have not come to ,however, the villages around the famous 'Milton Keynes' are really pretty..in many cases typically 'chocolate box' in appearance. We really enjoyed our visit to the 'codebreakers' museum & the wander through these villages. Although we didn't 'eat out', the local we did have a drink at,was 'open for business' & the menu for food looked very good. This isn't a hard site to find IF you follow the instructions given & well worth a visit. Thankyou Mr & Mrs Eaton for such a warm welcome and perfect stay.

Peaceful relaxing visit

Booked here as we had our annual visit to dealership for van checks. Welcoming friendly owners. Fantastic site. Well set out, spacious pitches. Water etc all within easy access. Beautiful part of the country, cycling is excellent as the smaller roads are so quiet. Lots of small picturesque villages to visit and one or two National Trust properties. Pub serving food within walking distance. Excellent walks from the site. Definitely one we will be revisiting.

First Class Stay

We booked Rectory Farm for the Silverstone British Grand Prix. Just 12 minutes drive from this CL to Silverstone car park, it is ideally situated. A wide open field with the five pitched wide enough apart. Good power levels with water and services close by. Not the flattest of fields but nothing to give any serious problems. The farmer and his wife Anne are particularly friendly pointing out local walks as well as pubs and nearby take away. We would certainly recommend this CL. Many thanks to Rectory Farm for a first class stay.

Rectory Farm

Very nice site with lovely views from the site. Site is on a working farm with a slight slope on the CL area. Directions are good and entrance to the site is easy. Lots of things to do within a short drive.

Delightful Site and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here on this lovely well maintained and cared for site with very good amenities. Access is good via a tarmac drive across farmland with cattle grazing. The site is beyond the farm house and buildings overlooking hillside pasture land with sheep, horses and views. Mr & Mrs Eaton were very helpful and there are walks from the site. This is an interesting area with lots to see and do. We highly recommend Rectory Farm to other caravaners who love peace, tranquillity and countryside and we will definitely return for a further week at some stage.

Easy access farm site

Stayed here for 4 nights. Very easy to access with clear instructions in the Directory. Site clean, well maintained with regularly mown grass. Slightly sloping but not a major issue. Lovely views and very quiet at night. Very peaceful. Central for all places of interest as stated in the owners intro at the top. Buckingham close by for supermarket shopping or local independents if preferred. Winslow & Towcester worth a trip in the evening for local pubs with good local ales.Drink responsibly of course :) Thoroughly recommend this site.

Lovely quiet spot

If you're looking for a quiet pitch with lots of space and beautiful views, on a working farm, this is the place to go. The owners are friendly and helpful, access is easy and the field is slightly sloping but levelling is no problem with a couple of blocks. There are wild birds, sheep, cows and tractors to watch, local pubs for food and drinks, supermarkets a short drive away in Buckingham, and Bicester or Milton Keynes for shopping if that's your thing. Highly recommended!
