Relaxing holiday

A gem of a site. Toilets spotless. Eric and Sue take pride in keeping their site spotless. Dog friendly. Good area for walking and site seeing although the public footpaths were overgrown and not clearly signposted. Not maintained by the local councils so take a walking map if exploring. Overall a beautiful gem of a site. Hope to back soon. Thankyou.

Amazing site

Thank you for a lovely week here on this site. great location for walking and driving to nearby attractions. Walkable through the forest to the sea and back (11 miles ) - really beautiful walk. Quiet site. So dark you can see the stars at night really well. Very friendly and helpful owners. Thank you Eric and Sue. We will be coming back I hope

just loved our stay

We stayed recently with our dog and it was wonderful, communication before arriving is second to none, the pitches are big and well maintained, showers great :) Eric and Sue were very friendly and helpful..plenty of places to go with our dog.I cannot fault the place . Place is immaculate.possibly one or two benches to sit and admire the ponds would be great..Took us a long time to get a booking in here and i can understand why ,its a gem of a place well done to you both for having such a wonderful site :)

One day all CL’S will be the same

Thank you Eric & Sue what a great place you have created our 3 night were very peaceful. Dog walk was great for the essentials before there long walks. All facilities on site were clean and in good condition. Electric was extra but 3 night stay was only £6.80. Caravan club refund £5.00 per day if you stay with no electric. But a lot more to stay. Thanks again

Simply the Best

Eric and Sue, What an absolutely wonderful site you have created, no wonder it is very hard to get a pitch! We loved everything about our stay, peace, tranquility, help on hand when needed. Immaculate facilities and well thought out layout. Kind Reagrds Dave, Lisa, Sid (Westie), Bob (Mini Dachshund)

Very relaxing fortnights stay. Thanks Sue & Eric

Loved this site, we were sent lots of information via email including excellent directions and photo's, when we arrived (in the rain) we were met by Sue who showed us our pitch. Two spotless showers and toilets so never had to queue. Great location for walking to Newbourough beach and except for a short stretch of road is across farmland and through a forest. We really loved this site, Sue was great to talk to, the rest of the people on site were friendly and I am not sure how it could be improved. Date of stay 20 July for two weeks

Useful site to discover area

Booking as most sites, easy and pre payment. Toilets clean and new But bring change as electricity charged per meter on your pitch, and strong glasses, to read small numbers as e charge is via cash into envelope or bank transfer £1.65! Hedges are too high and need trimming. No benches on communal grass compared to most sites. Useful for area, but needs a more relaxed atmosphere

Peaceful

Well laid out with trees and plants separating pitches giving high degree of privacy. Not the usual in line layout. Facilities very clean and grounds well kept. Newborough beach and forest nearby. Would highly recommend this site.

Wonderful Site in a Perfect Location

We were so happy to find the Brambles CL within proximity to Newborough Nature Reserve & Forest with its forest walks, sand dunes and very long sandy beach. This site has large, level & private pitches separated by trees & shrubs. There is fresh water tap and grey water disposal on each pitch and an undercover chemical disposal point within a very short walking distance of the pitches. The shower and toilet facilities are extremely clean and modern, with the two washrooms having a toilet and shower within the same room. The dog walking areas on the site are immaculately kept with mowed walkways through the trees and shrubs. Our dogs absolutely loved it. There are lily ponds and an abundance of flora & fauna on the site. It really is like going back to nature and is very quiet and peaceful. The Wi-fi & TV reception was good enough to watch everything we wanted both on TV and our tablets. The owners Eric & Sue were very friendly and welcoming and communicated several emails beforehand with directions, maps, restaurants, supermarkets and numerous places to visit on Anglesey. We enjoyed our visit so much that we have immediately booked for 2025 and look forward to our return.

A delightful location.

We stayed at Brambles for 7 nights, 17th-24th July 2024. It is without doubt a brilliant CL The facilities are 1st class, very clean and tidy. The layout of the pitches are very individual with hedges separating each one. The site is well situated to visit the local area and nearby Towns. The site is owned and run by Sue and Eric who made us very welcome and chatted to us whenever we saw them. We would definately recommend this site to our friends and other CAMC members. It is a gem among CL's.
