I stayed on this CL Aug 2015 to visit friends in Sutton. Access is easy into a nicely secluded CL. The grass was mown nicely and all pitches level. The owner popped in when I called to say I had arrived, a very pleasant chap who checked I was happy with everything. The loos in the adjacent petrol station were not available, but I was told that when I booked so no problem. And there is no noise or smell from the petrol station either - once you pass the CLs hedges, you forget it is there, handy to top up my tank for journey home too. Just over 5 mins walk to the nearest shops and takeaways and less than 10 mins walk to sea front. All in all a very nice week.
