A nice little site which reminded me of camping with my parents on working farms when I was a child. There were chickens, geese and sheep meandering about the place, who were all very pleased to see us as we arrived and came over to investigate. After a while they plodded off and got on with their day and left us alone. The access to the site could be easier, we have a 6.7m caravan and it was tight getting it in and out, but any confident driver should manage without any great issue. Hopefully the, apparently new, alternative entrance will become available at some point in the future which would help some people. There are nice walks nearby, the site itself is pretty and well laid out. We would certainly stay again if we come back to this area.
