Lovely quiet site, excellent shower, good location.
The very large simple grass pitches were great. The converted stable block houses a shower & loo for ladies & another for gents (super hot powerful shower too). It's adult only & dog friendly although due to the wildlife & conservation around the lake they must remain on their leads. The location provides good access to the surrounding areas such as numerous country parks, plus Sherwood Forest (Major Oak) & Pines (cycling). Nottingham & District Gun Club is a mile & a half away...a great experience to shoot some clays under tuition. All round a decent spot.
