There was an abundance of midges, so many that it was impossible to open eyes when outside, thus making pitching difficult. Pitch was on large black stones which cut through ground sheet when walked on. Gravel was covered in dog ends and the vans were packed in. Site was supposed to be 5 vans as it was a CL site, however there were a number of fields each with 5 vans in or motorhomes. This did not include the 3/4 fields with tents. Road between pitch and main farm was very busy with a number of fast cars especially at night. Do not go here. Too many pitches, over crowded, no tv, wifi or phone signal. Lots of noise, open bonfires and midges. no covid social distancing.
