Very Nice CL

A lovely and peaceful CL with well maintained and level pitches each with hook-up, fresh water and drainage. Outstanding area for walking and cycling with many country lanes.

Perfect choice

Our first slightly nervous venture out since lockdown and we couldn't have made a better choice. A perfect site: friendly and helpful welcome, large pitches, attention to detail (especially important this year of course), lovely setting, excellent service points on pitch, extremely well presented and maintained. We are planning our return asap.

Brilliant site

I've stayed here twice - first time at the beginning of July 2020 just after sites reopened, the second a month later for a few nights as the end of a two week holiday. Love it! Barbara and her husbandcould not be more welcoming. The site is very well kept, and has easy access to field walks in the locally. Will definitely plan other visits in the future! Thank you

Perfect

Peaceful, perfect site. Great location, beautiful surroundings. Well thought out big pitches with water and waste water and hookup for each pitch. Short cut grass, clean, sunny site in a great location. Well signposted from main Road. Will definitely return. Thank you!

A PLEASANT STAY

We stayed in July 2020 just as the site had reopened during the Covid 19 pandemic. Sanitizer was placed at each tap point and in the recycling area. Easy to get to with a good entrance and owned by helpful caravan club members this site is flat but may need one wheel lifting for a perfect pitch!! New this year is trellis fencing between the fully serviced pitches. There is a short walk through the wood and across the adjacent cl which is owned by a family member. Plenty of places to visit.

What more can be said

This is a lovely CL in a beautiful location and the weather was fantastic. Easy access to Beccles, Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft. We parked our car in a Gillingham side street and caught the bus into Norwich, using our bus passes. A visit to the seaside town of Southwold is a must. There is a nice walk from the site and it would appear to be very dog friendly. There are no National Trust properties in the vicinity but Somerleyton Hall is well worth a visit. Morrison’s and Tesco supermarkets in Beccles are easy to find. Barbara and her husband are perfect hosts and very helpful. We had pitch 2 with 16amp electric, and water tap. It was easier to drain waste water into the wood rather than the drain provided as it was slightly uphill.

Perfect Tranquil Site

What a fantastic site, all pitches fully serviced , lots of space , adults only. Barbara the owner was fantastic told us all about the site and areas to visit. We would definitely recommend this site and we certainly will be visiting again, Lindsey and Malcolm

We arrived on Friday for the long weekend, what a beautiful site Loads space for each unit fully serviced pitch and owners lovely Defo be going back at some stage

Enjoyed a Perfect hoiday

A lovely flat site with plenty of space between pitches plus water, waste and 16amp electric for each pitch and adult only, all for £12 a night. A lovely welcome from site owner Barbra and her husband. We enjoyed our 2 weeks holiday stay and will definitely be back here when we want to visit Norfolk and Suffolk again. This site is easy to find and get to. Very near to Beccles which as good shops and a Morrisons & Tesco for your food shop. Linda & Brian

Perfect

Have just returned from a seven night stay at this perfect CL. Very easy access from main roads and well signposted. There was a couple of vacant pitches which we had the choice of on arrival. The site is very clean, neat and mostly level. Barbara came and found us once we had settled in, to make sure everything was ok and provided some useful information about the area. The water tap and drain available for each pitch was an absolute bonus and one we made use of for the very first time. Will definitely recommend to friends and fellow caravanners and will return ourselves in the near future.
