More non-hookup CLs like this one please.

We need more non-hookup CL sites like this one. Great value at just a fiver a night. This was our 3rd visit, we stayed 10 nights and had a lovely time. Good views, nice local dog walks and the children really loved playing in the little stream. We had eggs for breakfast from the farm, the hens were the friendliest I have ever met.  It’s a decent sized site, so there was plenty of room between the caravans. There was a little bit of noise from quad bikes and tractors doing the rounds, but this is a working farm, so to be expected. The farm dogs were also a bit noisy; they went mad every time somebody filled their Aquaroll, but again this is a working farm. On the practical side, the chemical waste point and bin are very handy and well serviced, though the water is at the top of the hill in the farmyard. Negotiating a cattle grid with a full Aquaroll took practice and the walk uphill could be hard going for some. A tap on the other side of the cattle grid would be a big improvement.  These basic ‘off-grid’ sites seem to be disappearing fast, but with modern solar panels, they are becoming quite popular. So although this site is off the beaten track, it was busier than we expected, but all in all we had a very enjoyable stay.
