This CL takes a bit of finding being at the end of a succession of minor roads. Access is good – the tarmacked road goes through the edge of the CL. The CL field is huge, level and has a small river/large stream running through it – wonderful for kids and dogs. The CL itself is picturesque. Great views. Being so far off the beaten track it is very quiet – you won’t hear anything but silence. There are a couple of plantation forests nearby; one is accessed through the farmyard. You’ll have them to yourself. The only negative point is that drinking water is from the farm yard which is up the hill from the CL. We never drink from the aquaroll so we filled it from the river and just took our drinking water containers to the farm.
