It really is quite difficult to think of what could be done to improve this site. The location is peaceful and quiet with beautiful views to both Cornwall and Devon. The immaculately maintained fully serviced pitches are large and well spaced. Each with its own picnic bench and some screening to provide further separation. There are several well maintained woodland walks and you might even be lucky enough to glimpse one of the resident beavers. Our arrival was easy and well organised. The COVID “hands-free” arrival means there was no personal greeting, however the owner Andrew is quick introduce himself and offer a welcome when sanitising each pitch when vacated and other common touch points. The site is ideally placed to make visits easy to all that these two counties have to offer from the north coast to the south coast and all that is in between. We found ourselves though very happy to return from our daily explorations to relax and enjoy this most enjoyable of temporary homes, one we will look to find an excuse to return to very soon.
