In the true spirit of things this is not a CL. He has full planning for 15 vans. There are 3 grass areas of around 0.25 acre and 1 hard standing area of the same size. 1 grass area is for the CL but any fencing is only 1 bar fencing around 18 inches high. So, in reality this is a commercial site of just over an acre. Having said all that, the access was good, the welcome warm and we were given excellent information. The 30 minute bus ride into Cardiff goes from a bus stop 200m away. 2 x Showers (50p but doesn't go too far) and 3 x toilets are OK but really could do with an upgrade now he has full planning for so many vans.
