TWO NIGHTS

Only stayed two nights and didn’t spend long on the CL. Our omnidirectional Maxview motorhome aerial picked up a limited number of stations but the Wi-Fi was good. South facing with a view over a field of sheep with Bridport and the sea in the distance. Proximity to Bridport allows access by foot across the field and through housing estates into the centre. The B3162 access road isn’t busy and is lower than the site which muffles road noise. The 5 pitches in a row have crushed stone hardstandings for the car, motorhome or caravan and are separated by areas of grass. Each pitch has its own water supply with an EHU close by. The well stocked farm shop, café and its parking area are out of sight behind a lane and trees which border the CL’s northern boundary. It's only evidence from the pitches is a slight hum from the shop’s coolers. We reported to the shop on arrival to pay our fee and had no further contact. There is a well maintained toilet for the exclusive use of the CL. With a car there are plenty of interesting places to explore in the area.
