Enjoyed a brief one-night stay on this CL, while visiting family nearby. The site was level, very peaceful, clean and spacious. There had been a slight mix-up on dates, so the owner had originally been expecting us a week earlier. We did not therefore meet her until the morning of our departure and as the CL site is quite a way from the farmhouse it did feel extremely remote, particularly in the dark, which might not suit every visitor. However, Miss Riley was very friendly when we did meet her and had been helpful in guiding a taxi driver to the site for us. Even though the taxi driver presumably had good 'local knowledge' he struggled to find the farm initially. As others have said, follow Handbook instructions to reach the site. Would recommend this CL and visit again.
