Lovely Peaceful Site

We have just stayed at this site for a week. It was the first time we had stayed. This is a lovely peaceful site, near many local attractions. The vendors were very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. We would recommend this site and we hope to be back soon.

Enjoyment

We have just spent a week enjoying our self's at Woodstock. It is a well planed-out site with each pitch having easy access. A good supply of water taps and a grey water drain at both the upper and lower sides making filling or emptying easy. With well cleaned shower and amenity block. The site is central for shopping or visiting any part of the county. We will use this site again. Thank you Mr & Mrs Palin. Gerald Janice & Chip.

Magnificent site

This was my first visit to this site and indeed the area. I travelled alone with the exception of our dogs and followed the directions given which brought us straight to site. Having checked in at the house I went and set up. The site is brilliantly designed so access to any pitch is easy to manoeuvre on to. All pitches are spacious and separated by bushes. The pitches are also level and hard standing which proved invaluable due to the rain on some days. The site seems to shelter you from the wind from most directions which was also good. The shower and toilet block is spotless and the shower is lovely and warm. Nearest supermarket I found was about 10 min drive but smaller shops are closer. Ron would probably know different. I was given good advice on places of interest and I especially enjoyed the trip to the beach which was only 3 miles. Not the type of seaside I’m used to. It was clean and quaint and the dogs are allowed on certain beaches but you would need to check the dates. All in all it was a great 11 nights and I have had my eyes opened and will hopefully return. The downside is it’s 270 miles from home.

What a Wonderful CL

We stayed at Woodstock CL and had a wonderful time. Ron made us feel incredibly welcome and when my wife injured her back could not have been more helpful in directing us to a a Doctor and juggled things around so we could stay longer until she was recovered. The site is immaculately maintained and set out to provide plenty of space for each caravan, The shower and toilet facilities were spotless. The walking in this area is cracking and there is plenty to visit and see. We plan to revisit again (but will book early because it is popular). You can see the places we visited and our walks on our blog https://twodogsandanawning.co.uk/site/woodstock-cl/

Peaceful 4 nights

Booked last minute (1 week) before holiday. Arrived at the location which was a breeze (following instructions) and greeted at the main house by the owners. Pitch 1 was ours for the week and was closest to the amenity block. This block houses a toilet and separate shower room with recycling bins and waste water point outside. All of the pitches were huge, with level hardstanding, electric hookups and natural wooden privacy screens between each pitch. All pitches are based around a circular design, set in a well tended grassy acre of land. Peace is the order of the day here whilst having easy access by road to nearby Tenby and Saundersfoot. A well thought out, looked after CL.

Peace and quiet

The owners are very welcoming and happy to give advice on what to do in the area. The site is all hard standing with EHU and beautifully kept toilet and shower - as nice if not nicer than a club site. As this is an adults only site, peace is assured the only audible sounds being the birds in the surrounding trees and bushes. We were forced to leave early due to family sickness. The owners fully understood and insisted on only charging for the time spent there despite my offer to pay the full fee. We will return to fully enjoy this lovely site and area.

GEM

Just returned from a most enjoyable 7 night stay at this Adult only C.L. A very warm welcome from the owners on our arrival. This C.L is tranquil with good size pitches with privacy hedges between each pitch which are all kept in very good order. Toilet and shower block were spotless and warm. This was our first visit to this C.L but will definitely not be the last would throughly recommend. Best wishes to the owners and Thanks again for a lovely stay. Rob and Carol

Extremely nice CL adults only site

We stayed here for one night as a trial for April, safe to say we will most definitely be back. As soon as we arrived we had a very warm welcome, the owners couldn't have been any nicer, The facility's were out standing, shower room and toilets were spotless, smelt lovely as soon as you walked in there, nice and warm in there too, pressure was really good, As for the outside facilities for the chemical waste etc..was the best we've seen so far. And had a specific water waste drainage which we very rarely see. Each pitch is very large and sectioned off for privacy, enough space for caravan, awning and car with some extra space too. Very pleasant stay looking forward to going back in April

Tranquil setting but needs improvement

Beautiful location. Close to Tenby and saundersfoot - both lovely beaches. Owners didn't have a problem with us arriving late. Pitches themselves were nice and large. Site very quiet, very tranquil. However, the shower was the worst one I have ever used, seriously needs the pressure sorting out. Stayed for 4 nights, the bath mats were not washed or changed once and due to it being winter, really needed it. Carpet outside wc and shower again really dirty. Although bathroom bins were emptied daily, the bathroom itself Were not cleaned. Aware that we visited out of season but cleanliness shouldn't be sacrificed just because it is not summer. The heaters in the shower room were switched off. Limited amount of warm water out of the sink too!
