Lovely Site

We have always loved our stays on this site and really hope that the Council don't close it down, love the easy access to the floating harbour and its even better for us now that The Cottage Pub next door is dog friendly was lovely to be able to get a meal when we arrived late. There's so much to do in Bristol and the surrounding area. My only complaints are why both sets of toilets have to be closed from 10.30 - 12.00 seems such along time for cleaning especially as the warden firstly cleaned the gents from 10.30 - 11.00 and didn't even go in the ladies until 11.00am, surely a staggered clean would be better like it used to be as there was quite a queue for the one service loo. Whilst the lady warden cleaned the man just walked around the site with a leaf blower blowing all the gravel from the roads back on to the pitches but all this did was create a huge cloud of dust - not good when you are trying to sit outside and enjoy breakfast but also very dangerous with loose pebbles flying around peoples cars, caravans & motorhomes surely an old fashioned brush would have done the job so much better we were surprised there was no damage done thankfully we have never experienced this on any other site and hope we never do again.
