Sadly ive given this review on our experiance this time.Upon arrival there was a que at 12;15.As the site was going to be full the people at the end of the que decided they would send there partner around to stand on the pitch they liked.We then proceeded to a pitch only to find a lady standing right in the middle of a pitch which we liked.when i wanted to pitch up she came running over stating that they had chose that pitch.yet when we asked when booking if we could reserve a pitch ,we where told first come first served.So how was it she could reserve a pitch.so we told the wardens who could not care less and was told to look for another pitch.As we are 8.7 meter long there was limited pitches left.so we drove around and around only to be told we could go on a spot near the road due to our length.We we booked for 2 night and had to leave after 1 night.they had road works right outside the entrance to the site and had a 22 ton excavator on a night shift working thuought the night. went to complain to the wardens in the morning and could not find any until band on 12 when they strolled over to the office for booking in.I know its not the sites fault ,but it could be mentioned when paying and given the chance to make up our mind to stay or not.these road works have been going on for several months ,so its not new to them.It appears that the site is on a short leae now and seems to us like they are not putting in the real effort any more as the toilet didnot flush well in the ladies and the gents was looking tired.althought they still took our £55 for 2 nights.well sadly a big let down this time as we have been there many times before.
