This a lovely site in every way.... Except I wish I had remembered my earplugs for the M20 traffic noise! Just returned from a three night stay here and it was absolutely wonderful to return to each evening.
Staff friendly & helpful, the facilities are excellent, clean, neat and tidy.
Fantastic Site
I stay on this site several times a year and I am always amazed at the site presentation. The wardens (2) work tirelessly keeping the standards so high. This is buy-far the best kept site in the UK and is a credit to the Caravan Club.

3rd stay
Our 3rd stay here, lovely wardens, very friendly. Well kept grounds and immaculate loos' and showers. Quiet and relaxing, you can just hear the M20 but not intrusive. Only small niggle and certainly not the wardens fault, is the dog walk need funding to improve the surface for walking, its very rough and could easily cause a twisted ankle or fall.

Lovely quiet site
This is a lovely quiet site. There is a lovely pub down the road called the oak on the green which is very popular and needs booking. Leeds castle near buy is a good day out. Toilet block is lovely and clean. I go here quite often because it is so quiet. A must.
spotless and clean
I can say this was one of the best kept sites we have stayed on. The pitch was level and was peaceful. The people in the next pitch complained to us they could here the road but I think it is different peoples perceptions as it never bothered us. One consideration is it needs more trees, bushes, tubs etc as it does feel like a car park. Great area to explore and plenty to do.
Another Lovely Stay at Bearsted
This was our 2nd stay at Bearsted and we cannot fault the site at all. The site is immaculate and always clean and tidy with spotless shower and toilet facilities. The Friday night fish and chips are superb and we always look forward to that. We have family in Maidstone and the site is perfect for visiting them. our stay for 5 nights was excellent and when we left the 40 minute drive to Dover to continue our holiday was just ideal. We`ll be back to Bearsted again without a doubt. John & Rita from Scotland

first visit
well first visit to the site have to say well pleased carnt really point out any bad points...because there wasn't any immaculate site facilities and site in general hardly any traffic noise from main road a nice peaceful site really will certainly be going back at some point
An overnight but will return...
This site was immaculate and a great credit to the site staff. Bearsted CC couldn't be easier to access, it being just half a mile from junc 8 of the M20 and the entrance being accessed from the A20. I only stayed the one night, as I wanted to meet up with an old work colleague who lives in Bearsted village.
Bearsted is a 20 minute walk (not pleasant at first as you walk along the busy road) but my friend took me through a very attractive woodland area and into the beautiful village. Where there are great places to eat and relax. As well as Leeds Castle you can also reach the north Kent coast easily and visit Whitstable, Faversham, Rochester etc. For lots though, I guess this would be a resting point before hitting the channel crossing.
Bit of traffic hum but for me a very peaceful getaway.
4th stay
What can I say? The site, facilities, location and most of all Roz and Terry the wardens are great. After our fourth (or fifth) stay we're almost locals. It's very handy as one of sons lives in Maidstone so a good way to his family and be able to visit the many attractions in Kent.
