Just back from a 6 night stay at this lovely site , great location stunning scenery & with plenty of walking routes through & around the Abbey estate you are spoiled for choice. Easy drive to Harrogate & Harlow Carr & many local villagers to visit with Grassington worthy of a mention , plenty of tea rooms abound the area too , the old school house tea room at Hebden do a fantastic breakfast . One word of caution & the only negative comments I have is the usual short route to the site off the A59 is closed due to sewer work in the village , other longer alternative routes are do able with extreme caution with some of the local drivers seeming totally unable or unwilling to help with their aggressive driving manners . In fact the only alternative routes are deemed unusable to caravans / motorhomes it's in the club hand book . Lastly well kept site with great wardens .
