Great autumn break

Had a lovely 4 night break at this site. Spectacular views enhanced by daily visit of two magnificent sea eagles! Site is kept very clean and tidy. Wardens helpful and friendly. Lots of wonderful walks for our two dogs. The colours of October in the highlands are so beautiful - we'll certainly be back.

Summer Break

An absolutely stunning site excellent facilities and very friendly staff, the views from the site are breathtaking, the only down side was the pitch we were on had three different angles to it which made it very difficult to level off the motorhome, much clutch slipping to climb the leveling chocks to make it right, but it could be fixed over the winter ready for next year, we will still be back though.

Fantastic location

Me and my wife spent 10 nights here in October 2015, it could not have been better. The site is very well run and the wardens were really friendly and helpful. The location and views are stunning and would recomend it to anyone who loves great views, fresh mountain air and a peaceful site. We will be back!

What a view

We parked our motorhome almost at the waters edge, the view of the loch and mountains was really superb, we were lucky to arrive nice and early to get such a great pitch. Out and about, well there are a few local walks, we took the bus to Fort William a 15 minute journey away by regular bus, but if you have a motorhome you can park in Fort William in a purpose built car park, which alas we didn't know about, but we would love to go back, especially for that view.

Lovely Outlook

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a mid October weekend here and managed to get a pitch right on the lochside. The outlook is beautiful - perhaps the best we've ever had when caravanning. The site is really well kept and very peaceful, great for relaxing. Walks are available from the site, both from Inchree (across the main road) and from Ardgour, across the loch on the free passenger ferry. Access to either of these areas require either crossing or walking along the A82, there is a pavement but it is a very busy road so be carefull especiall with children! This has been the only site where my wife wanted to know about seasonal pitches she was so impressed. We will be back!

Super Duper!

We booked this site in error --- we were intending to return to North Ledaig to enjoy the fab views and facilities, so what a surprise to find we had struck Gold upon our arrival at Bunree. You could stay here forever, a super location both on site and for exploring the local area, either into Glencoe or by taking the ferry across the loch to the wonderful landscapes towards Ardnamurchan. We shall return.

Weekend with friends

Bunree has a fantastic location with views to Ardnamurchan peninsula.  Wardens are very friendly and helpful. Pitches have great views and lots of places to visit. Good walks in Inchree Forest across the road. Facilities always kept clean.

My favourite club site

We have visited this site on 2 separate occasions. Both times we have arrived to find friendly, welcoming wardens and clean facilities. There is a fab drying room here and good laundry facilities. There is also a lovely children's play area. The site sits right at the side of the loch, and all pitches have lovely views. The site is far enough from the road to give lots of peace and quiet. A short walk up the lane takes you into the forest area the other side of the main road where you can see red squirrels, and walk or cycle to brilliant view points. A very short drive to the Corran ferry gives access to Ardnamurchan, where you can see baby seals in the spring, visit the remote Castle Tioram and carry on to Arisaig and Malaig. Fort William is about 10 miles away, but an easy drive. Glen Coe visitor centre also close by. This is my favourite site so far.
