Great shame that the water pressure at the drinking water point is VERY LOW, the pressure at the chemical waste is twice the pressure of the drinking water point which is only a few metres away so presumably there is a problem with the tap or tap connection to the pipe which a plumber would correct in next to no time.
As usual the wardens are friendly and polite.
Perfect overnight stop
After a tiring stop start journey on the M5 this was the perfect spot to recharge our batteries for the onward journey to Cornwall the following day. Dog walk perfect and a bonus given the small touring area of the site. We stayed again on the way home and were able to arrive earlier so managed a walk into Wellington. If you have the time or inclination this is worthwhile as plenty of places to eat and drink, some nice independent shops and only a 10 minute walk. Site was very well kept and staff were very welcoming, friendly and most helpful.

Covid
Reassured by the Club's Covid Secure Commitment we decided to book our first break this year. Upon arrival at this site very dissapointed to find that none of the "Commitments" were applied and told that "they only apply to larger sites". Why?
We chose this site because it was small - hoping that the Covid risks would lower because we wouldn't have to go into the office.
A good base for visiting Wellington
A small and quiet site within easy walking distance of the town of Wellington. Great for those with dogs as there is a separate dog walk path which is off road and safe. A good site for a stopover whilst touring.
Small but good location and well kept
We stayed one night as we needed to be in Taunton first thing the next day.
The site is quite small but the pitches are nice and the facilities provide are fine.
The absence of a toilet block is made known in advance and was not an issue for an overnight stay but may be important to people when considering a longer stay.
There was some traffic noise from quite early in the morning but not too intrusive.

Little Gem
Lovely 1 night stay at this charming little site, small but it was perfect. A short walk into Wellington with some lovely little independent shops. The wardens were very welcoming. Thank you
Small but pleasant
Just spent 9 very enjoyable nights here. The little, but spotless site does have an issue with noise from the busy daytime traffic, which has been flagged up elsewhere and in fairness to the club is mentioned. However we had a most relaxing stay and the wardens are very friendly and helpful. This site is used by many as an overnight stop but we were more than happy to use it as our base. The small town of Wellington is easily accessible on foot taking about 10 mins to reach and it has a generous amount of shops, pubs and tea rooms. We enjoyed Eat out to help out at The iron Duke pub in the centre of the town and returned with regularity. One small negative and that was due to a dog owner on site not feeling the need to keep their pet on a lead and do it decided to do a small packet on the grass beside somebody's pitch.
back yet again
Back to this site after lockdown. Love this small site and stayed now more times than I can remember. Regular site for us. No toilet facilities suits us as we use our own anyway. I think the wardens have been at this site for a considerable time and are always friendly and helpful and had everyrhing organised with regard to Covid arrangments. No problems booking in.
Will be going back again in 2 or 3 weeks and looking forward to it.
Great for a Stopover
A small pleasant site only 2miles off the M5. A 10 minute stroll takes you into the town of Wellington with a Waitrose and a good selection of independent shops. I do feel the £20 charge is fine as it so close to the M5. We would use again.
One off stay
We stayed at this site on 10/02/20 as we were unable to stay at the club site in Bristol, the site was clean and tidy however I was surprised given the fee that there were no toilets let alone other facilities.
The chemical waste was full and no drains for emptying grey waste from a Motorhome meant we had to run with significantly fuller tanks than preferred.
This was the first time I had stayed at a club site and was disappointed it didn't live up to my expectations for the pitch price.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
