We stayed for 4 nights at the end of June.

Exmoor House really is a Gem of a site, especially if you are after a quiet peaceful stay with plenty of walks onto nearby Exmoor. The whole area is also full of historical interest for those that like that sort of thing. For example, Exmoor House, opened in 1855 and the Victorian building that the site is named after, was originally built as Dulverton Workhouse.

One thing that doesn't appear to be mentioned in previous reviews of the site is that although there is a small dog walk on site, which is perfectly acceptable, just a few hundred yards outside the site gates, and in front of Exmoor House is a reasonably sized grass area that is idea for those early morning walks.

The site itself is as described by many previous reviewers, compact, tidy with good facilities. I really can't add anymore, it really is that good. In short, A Real Gem.
