Fantastic Wardens! Top Site

The team of wardens on the site this time around are the most friendly, polite and helpful I have have meet.  The whole team greeted you everyday with a smile, and a wave. They also had everything very organised, and clearly wanted us to enjoy our holiday. I have been staying on this site for a few years now, and usually several times a year.  The location is second to none, the beach car park and cafe at West Runton, are just as lovely and friendly (amazing bacon sandwiches all freshly made !).   If you have a motorhome and don't want to move it, other than walking and cycling there are great transport links via a mainline train and buses (none of which are noisy as they are across the golf course by a safe roadway/footpath from the site. There's a fab village shop and post office, butchers, gift shops....great puppet shop ! Plus, lots of selection for places to eat that you can walk to day and evening. The activity morning the wardens put themselves out to arrange for the children this summer was loved by all of the children with me.    We wil be back there soon ! Thank you Wardens, Mrs Kipling !!!

Interesting layout in delightful setting.

WE stayed at this site for 6 nights and would happily have stayed another bit it was completely booked up on the day we left. No surprise either as this is a lovely, interesting site on various leveld with a distinct ideal 'family area' and various terraces/quite secluded spots for those preferring a quiet, relaxing stay. The site is ideally situated for local seaside resorts and is perfect for walkers. As usual on a Caravan Club site (in my experience so far), excellent toilet/shower blocks and very friendly, welcoming wardens, including one lady warden who very kindly knitted a smaller-sized Warden Ted (teddy bear) for my partner 'within a couple of days. A very enjoyable stay. And good weather too!

A lovely clean site

We spent 5 nights at Inclebororo fields, Although the site was very busy the toilets and showers were spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The site in general looked very well kept. All the site staff were polite and friendly. There are lots of things to see and do close by. The only criticism I had to find my own pitch which wasn't the easiest job due to the site being very busy. Despite this would highly recommend this site and would stay. here again.

Just what doctor ordered

You all know the old saying you need a good holiday , well at Incleboro club site that is just what we got. From the very friendly greeting on arrival and please select a pitch and come back and tell us which one you have chosen . The pitch was of very good size and plenty of room for our caravan car and full awning , the camp staff even provided blocks to help level the van . Around the site it is spotless and the shower blocks are kept immaculate  and always plenty of hot water . The area has some of the best dog walking facilities  I have come across on the club's sites , the whole area is a gem , you can walk to cromer via the beach or the pathway both lovely walks plus we had perfect weather which was a bonus . Sheringham is a beautiful little coast town as is Well by the sea lovely places to visit good food places to eat.  From a happy couple to all the camp staff thanks for a wonderful time we will be back soon , kind regards Andy , Babs and Molly the pure white boxer dog .

5 star site

It was very hard to get used to the quiet to start with but having discovered we could do quite a lot outside camp without taking our huge camper van it didn't seem to matter so much. the village & local beach are walking distance & Sheringham & Cromer very short train rides away on which we took our dogs. The Golf club was convenient for evening drinks & meal. had to buy WIFI , £2.50 per day..cant live without it being a Townie & used to high speed broadband! T.V. signal rubbish. could only get the BBC channels. Toilet facilities absolutely top notch & very important to me. Staff very friendly. The other guests tended to keep themselves to themselves but got used to that. Would return to this site because of everything stated above!

Incleboro Fields - can't wait to return

A very busy site - it was August after all. The site was kept spotless by the team of wardens who appeared to be very much a team and and very good team at that. They were welcoming on arrival and always cheerful and friendly as they went about their business. They were also extremely helpful especially when our car let us down. This is a very large site with both open areas for a numbers of caravans/motor homes and small "glades" with pitches for two or three outfits. There is plenty to do in the locality especially for those who like walking and the sea is only a short walk away. A Spar shop can be found 5 minutes walk away and larger supermarkets a short journey in the car.

Lovely site, but spoilt by a few niggles

Beautiful location and exceptionally friendly, professional wardens.  The site is in a great location for touring Norfolk.  The couple of niggles we have are not showstoppers but do spoil what would otherwise be a perfect holiday. Firstly, although not important to a lot of people, it is to me (and judging by previous comments, some other people).  The wifi is rubbish.  As I manage my own company, it is important for me to be able to access email. I paid the club for a year of internet access and to be honest, became so frustrated trying to get access through the club wifi, spent too much time of my valued holiday travelling round just to get access to the web.  Logging on to wifi was not too much of a problem but, when logged on, there was no internet connection!  The problem was compounded by the total lack of mobile phone signal. Secondly, an ice cream man visits the site every evening.  No problem with that but, it does become quite annoying when he drives slowly round the whole site, constantly sounding his chimes.  It really does not need to be sounding throughout his entire visit.  We enjoy ice cream but do not need to hear the chimes constantly for 15 minutes to get the message that he has arrived! Please do not be put off visiting this lovely, clean, well-run site but, someone please sort out the wifi and other niggles.

Quiet and Well Postioned

A large site but with the greys and the younger members split, so each has their own area (thank you wardens for letting us know) fantastically positioned between Sheringham and Cromer with both worth a visit. Very clean and well kept. But I have one issue to raise - and I have to agree with a previous review - having scrupulously kept away until after 1300, I was disappointed to see (a) members igoring this and arriving at 1000 (b) them being let on to stop the access being blocked.

Incleboro fields review.

The site is fantastic with families on one side and us the oldies on the other quieter side separated by trees and a golf course, I have 2 problems,1 the wifi is rubbish I paid for the week and very rarely managed to use it, I complained and got a refund, 2 the members don't respect the 13.00 arrival time and the wardens have to let them on for fear of blocking the road, so the ones arriving I've seen even at 11.30 get the best choice of pitches.

Why we love Ingleborough Fields...

We are a family with 12 and 9 y.o. Plus great aunt and only live 45 minutes away, but try to come to this site at least once a year for a week. The location is fantastic, there are easy to walk footpaths to both Sheringham or Cromer (2 1/2 miles to either). The train station is a short walk from the site, or 8 buses a day from the village going to Cromer, Sheringham, Wells, Holt, Norwich...we arrive, park the car and walk, bus or train every where. The local seaside towns and beaches are hard to beat!! Try crabbing with smoked bacon on the pier or at Wells quay or Brancaster. The site is spotless! There are little bays for the quieter campers or large friendly field for families. The site is fantastic! And extremely well looked after by the wardens, well done guys!!
