Malvern magic

A last minute choice but an excellent choice. We didn’t want to travel too far from home and wanted a site that offered access to places to visit plus opportunities for walking. Malvern gave us that and was surprisingly peaceful for the school holidays. It offers both grass and hard standing and pitches are well spread giving a sense of space. Facilities good and toilet block cleaned in the afternoon. Wardens friendly and hard working keeping the site in good order. Only downside is the service points which are a distance from some pitches and rubbish is collected in large bins at the 2 toilet blocks. Difficult for some of the more senior members. Recommend visiting Worcester and Malvern for the cathedrals. Eastnor Castle is close by and offers a discount with an English Heritage card. Good walking on the Malvern Hills.
