We've stayed in Melrose many times and really enjoy it's proximity to the Town and all of the facilities there. We spent last Christmas there and despite the weather, enjoyed a peaceful and relaxed holiday. This time we ate out at the Kings Arms, getting a 10% discount for being members, and found the food and service excellent. The site has a dog walk though we rarely use it as there are numerous places to walk your dog outside the site especially alongside the river Tweed. Wardens, as ever, were friendly and helpful. Not the biggest site but perfect for those wanting to be close to facilities.
