A pleasant short break

We stayed at the Norfolk Broads Caravan Club site for 3 nights from 22 Oct, so largely avoiding the 1/2 term holidays (60+ couple in a very small Eriba Puck). We were made very welcome by the staff especially Tim who gave us some help setting up and some friendly advice about places of interest in the local area, he was extremely helpful! :) We did the circular walk to St Benet’s Abbey and the Paddle Boat at Horning, all felt very Covid safe and most enjoyable even in the rain! Also took a drive to Horsey Gap Beach to see the seals! Amazing sight! ( but if you are thinking of going, check first as they were about to close the beach to the public to give the females a chance to give birth in peace..) We had a lovely stay, site was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
