Our first visit to this site, however won’t be our last. A great location not far from Whitby or the North Yorkshire coastal strip. Received a warm welcome from the site staff when booking in, was informed of pitches available and aspect regarding sunlight etc. Used this visit as a shakedown to check everything working in the van before we ventured further south. No problems in the van or this site. Really impressed with the pitches all weed-free and the grass immaculate. Was lovely to see a Boules pitch on site along with a crazy golf course, next time we visit we shall ensure we bring our Boules. Would recommend this site to anyone that wants to explore the North Yorkshire coast. Must sees are Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Pickering and the steam railway and Scarborough. Minimal facilities site that has everything.
