Having booked another site for a local weekend away, we found we really didn't like it!. So on the Saturday morning we rang Kay at Northbrook and she couldn't have been more helpful in helping us to transfer to Northbrook. They couldn't have been more accommodating and this site was so much better. It is open and clean and we had a choice of pitches. There is a choice of full sun pitches or more shady ones and it feels very spacious. Although there are no toilets there are a number of service points, so you don't have to go too far to empty your waste or refill your drinking water. Suffice to say, the rest of our weekend was really very good. As it's so close to home for us too, we are going back again and looking forward to another relaxing weekend
