Great for walks and bird life
Right within Pools Brook Country Park with café, several lakes and woods - all pretty nice, but with large pylons running through, and a feel of a post-industrial site only recently reclaimed. Will mature nicely. Close to Rother Valley and an old railway line for cycling. Site is nicely landscaped and laid out, medium sized, well run and good.
