Pitched up and it wasn’t long before I noticed we had travellers as neighbours. I never expected to see them on a club site. The kids were pushed over and picked on within hours of arriving by their children. The next morning I woke to them smoking cannabis next to us. The smell was disgusting. Staff informed but to keep the peace i asked them not to intervene also they were reluctant to do so. Enforcement officers seen on most days that we were here. Play park was broken and kids were unable to use it. The staff on site were friendly and helpful but something needs to be done to revoke membership of these trouble makers who spoiled our holiday

With the size of membership that we enjoy, which helps fund the facilities everyone benefits from, diversity across our membership is inevitable. Please be assured any unwelcome behaviour from members or guests is always handled appropriately at the time and where necessary, suitable follow up action is taken. The play park is due to be fixed on the 26th August and we are sorry your children did not get to enjoy it during your stay.
