Would have stayed BUT!
Booked to stay from 11th for 6 nights. On 7th I was informed that a hospital appointment had been brought forward. I contacted the site by phone to shorten our visit to 4 nights.
I was informed that the price quoted for 6 nights would not be reduced as this was their policy.
I was disgusted and even though the lady on the phone said she would have a word with the boss because of the circumstances I was so annoyed that I rang back later and cancelled the whole stay. Of course I forfeited my £20 deposit but no way was I paying for 6 nights to stay 4.
