Camping under trees
The majority of this site is in a mature wood, high trees blocking sunlight and sunny pitches being for seasonal booking. The photographs on the web site only show the field adjacent to the facilities and are misleading.
Ironically there is a CL in the next field which has fabulous uninterrupted views. The CL vans were closer to the club site toilet block than our pitch!
We were in a clearing of 4 pitches, the best two being seasonal pitches.
If you don’t like camping under trees this is not the site for you.
