I noticed a moan about this site having no facilities! That's one of the reasons I book these little sites. The approach road has a couple of slight holes in too but no worse than the potholes all over the country. I enjoyed my stay the wardens were great and its a good site for dog owners. It would be good if some dogs we're kept a bit quieter though. I have three and they barked once! They all bark at home but they know better when camping, they get put in the van with the blinds drawn so they dont see anything to bark at! QED. Nice walks on the old railway line that runs past the site. It is a very pretty part of the country and lots of interesting places to visit. I went to the wonderful Smokery in Edburton under the downs for some very good smoked produce.
