Have been to a number of caravan club sites recently and this is a review overall not necessarily of this site. The wristband system doesn't work, this is largely due to the ignorance and stupidity of people using it. When I use the facilities to ablute,teeth,shave,shower takes me around 10 minutes, 15 max. On a number of occasions I have gone in and someone is the shower, I have done what I have done and the same person is still in the shower with the water running at the end, what are they doing?. If people are going to take, what an hour in the facilities leaving a queue outside in the cold because only 3 people are allowed in then they should be ashamed. Also on arrival at this site went to the facilities to find 3 wristbands on hooks. 4 are allowed so that was OK. Went in to find that no one else was there, just me. So these bands had just been left there despite there being NUMEROUS notices saying dont forget your wristband. I don't know what the answer is but would suggest stressing 15 minutes max in the facilities at one time. Also don't clean them at peak times, the gents here closes at 10am for cleaning, either clean earlier or later. I would also suggest face coverings to be worn when going in or out or moving about within the facilities. The best system was Poolsbrook where they had 6 people at a time could use facilities. They had 3 hooks for general use and 3 hooks toilet only use. If you just need the toilet then why should you stand outside for 30 minutes waiting for 3 people who are inside having a shower. Common sense surely. Also all your sites are doing it slightly differently. Your facilities at the sites are by and large the same so policy should be the same.surely. as said Poolsbrook had the best system so look at that and adopt it throughout. Also plot numbers on all bands please, this site just gives you a blank band all yellow, no good.
