We stayed here as part of our current tour. What a fabulous site. Although the site was nearly full with few remaining pitches we found one that looked OK. It was sloping slightly in the wrong direction for our motor-home. A quick word with the warden and we turned around and everything was fine. We had plenty of space all around us. The on-site facilities are very good and kept spotlessly clean by a very hard working team of friendly wardens. There are some nice touches around the site with flower tubs and bugs hotel which are very attractive. Walking from the site to the interesting town of Tewkesbury, the nearby countryside and the Abbey is very easy and worthwhile, especially the Battle Tour. The site office provided information on a variety of walks including the fantastic Alleys walk. There are some great pubs and restaurants to visit also.
