Thank you for your review and I'm sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations and you feel disappointed on this occasion. As you've mentioned, when you were staying on site there was an event taking place nearby and the site was full. With one toilet block on site, the facilities are undoubtedly going to be busy.

I'm sure you can appreciate when the site is full, the site staff are very busy and it can be difficult to appear to be visible around site during these times. Please do approach the site staff if you have any concerns during your stay who were, although busy, available.

So 10-15 people in one shower/toilet room was acceptable? It wasn't managed at all. Contact was made with staff on site and further comments were not welcomed.
