Arrived at site on Friday at noon. Walked over to site office to check in as the motor home was taking a long time to fill with very low water pressure or faulty tap. The lady on reception was far from helpful and very rude and abrupt when she asked us for our membership card we’d left in the van. This must have got us off to a bad start as we then asked if we could find a pitch with two next to each other as our friends were only 15 mins away. This was also met with “NO! They are not the rules” which I understand but the park was only 1/3 full at the time so we couldn’t pitch up and had to wait. Then the showers were very poor and 1 minute freezing cold and the next minute scalding hot ! If we’d had younger children I’d say they were borderline dangerous and after battling them myself for several minutes had to give up and leave with soap in my eyes. I felt to intimidated to complain as I know it would have been met with more abruptness. There was also no dog walking/ lead off area
