Been many times and as ever no problems. The site is level and laid out in typical club style. The wardens were very friendly and the site immaculate and easy to find, with good access. There is a little road noise, but no problem for us. For food there are ASDA and Morrisons supermarkets close by as well as a large shopping and leisure park the other side of the A19 and the canoe course. The area lit with fairy lights will thrill young children. Seems to have got busier this year, but generally no problem with booking.
Great Site
We stayed at White Water Park having seen a review on YouTube. It is a lovely well maintained site with welcoming and friendly site wardens. It is well situated to walk in to Stockton and has access to a large supermarket and pub both of which are within walking distance.
Special mention must be made regarding the planting around the site, it is one of the prettiest we’ve stayed at and the site wardens obviously take great pride in it.
Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Excellent site for wheelchair user
This site is brilliant if you use a wheelchair or a mobility scooter. The walks by the river can be accessed easily directly from the site and the paths are well surfaced.
The whole site was beautifully kept and the staff were so friendly and helpful
It's our first visit but we'd definitely come again

Great site
We love this site and stayed here many times whilst visiting family.
We have now moved to the area but still choose to stay at the site, despite being about 4 miles from home!
The site is well maintained. Facilities are good. Pitches are well spaced out. There is a play area.
ASDA is a short walk away along a footpath next to the nature reserve.
The Talpore Beefeater is just outside the site .
The site is next to the Barrage where there is a white water rafting circuit and the River Tees is next to the Barrage. If lucky, you'll see an occasional seal looking for fish. Stockton town centre is a half hour walk along the river.
Some lovely walks. A few places to get a coffee whilst out walking.
We like to stay just inside the site to the right where you have a lovely view over to the moors and Roseberry Topping.
You can here distant road noise from the A19 but it isn't intrusive.
Love it, will return

Fantastic, friendly site. Will definitely return!
I booked White Water site on a whim, actually intending to stay elsewhere, however, this visit has meant I will definitely return.
The wardens are incredibly welcoming and friendly, as is their dog, Stanley!
The site and facilities are immaculately clean and well kept. The fairy garden is a wonderful touch!
We requested a pitch near facilities and were allocated one as such and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. (Even the guests were friendly)
Cannot wait to return!
Perfect location
This site is a perfect location for me to visit my relatives in Middlesbrough. The site itself is cracking, very clean, shower block lovely and clean. The staff are lovely and welcoming and they keep the grounds looking spick and span. However.... When I wanted to book a visit recently, it worked out at almost £40 a night so I am afraid that I ended up going to a nearby CL which was just as lovely but less than half the price.
Good site
Just returned after 6 nights at this excellent site. Tees barrage very interesting good information boards around the area. My grandson loved the explanations. Lots of safe cycle routes accessible from site and lovely walks in the nature reserve and around the barrage and canoe course.
Nice Stay
We have just returned from a nice week at this site. It’s a great location with plenty to do in the area easy acces to Newcastle and some other great places of interest. It’s a great site for cycling with lots of off road traffic free tracks right along the riverside in to Middlesborough and out to the transporter bridge. Nice Beefeater pub just outside the gate serving nice meals. All in all a great site and one we would like to return to
Excellent site
Excellent site on the edge of a waterpark, lots of walks and cycle trails. Easy access to tees retail park and buses are available. Premier inn was next door with beefeater eating and drinking facilities.
Hidden gem
From booking our pitch to actually pitching up, everything was nice and easy. Have visited this site many times and found this the case each time. The checking in staff are so friendly, the site so clean and well kept. The children's garden is so sweet and lit up and changes with the seasons ie Halloween, Xmas etc. As always our pitch was reserved as I have disability issues and need pitch near facilities and washrooms. An added bonus is a very nice beefeater pub, with a lovely beer garden. It's only a couple of hundred yards away so no need to take your car. Very close is a shopping centre with lots of takeaway eateries. All in all a very nice place to stay
