Had six nights at this wonderful site which is superbly located at lake Brienz and surrounded by mountains. The roads through the site are fairly narrow but you can with care negotiate a twin axle van around. The toilet and shower block was spotlessly clean. There is a shop on site but sells very basic produce however you can order bread and rollsfor the next day. There is a co op supermarket it town that sells everything. A restaurant is on site, we never used it but was always busy. If you’re lucky enough to get a lakeside pitch it will be wonderful. We booked a lakeside pitch 12 months before we went but they cancelled it a week after we booked it. They offered us a special pitch which we call a super pitch. It was not the same. We got a little annoyed when we saw people arriving for one or two nights using lakeside pitches. Putting that aside it is a great site extremely well located and well worth a visit. Bring plenty of money, Switzerland is very expensive but worth it. We’ll be back.
