Highly recommended site

A big welcome was received. Great food in the on site restaurant. Supermarket nearby and a useful stopover for entering and leaving France. We've been twice and will go again.

Brilliant site for stop-over or holiday

Have used this site on a number of occasions. The staff are always helpful and the facilities clean and good. There is a supermarket just down the road and also a vets if you have to take your dog for a check-up prior to returning to the UK. Eperleques Blockhouse, La Coupole at St. Omer,  the Canadian Memorial, trenches and underground tunnels at  Vimy Ridge are also well worth a visit

Stop Over at Granspette

Had a three night stop over early May. Very convenient from Calais and A26, but easier to follow directions in CC website for larger units, using D300. Entrance requires care due to bend in road. Site has two sections, separated by a pleasant wooded area. Most pitches have a slight slope, so bring levelling ramps. No shop on site, but supermarket nearby, and baker calls most mornings. Reception helpful and efficient. Sanitary facilities well maintained. Be sure to visit Eperlecques Blockhaus, within walking distance. Have previously used other sites near the ferries/Shuttle, but will use this site in future.
