Apalling site
We used this site in 2017 but not via the CC, when we arrived we were told that we should have booked in the day before and that we would have to pay again, I insisted we were on the right day, the receptionist was adamant we were wrong so I paid. The pitch we were given on the upper level which was also the way out was tiny almost impossible to reverse due to a high bank making it hard to get a full lock on to reverse, I eventually unhooked and used the mover and should you reverse to far onto the pitch you will see your van disappear down another steep bank to the lower level. It took a good 20 minutes to get the van on the pitch by then there is a queue of cars waiting to leave. I found proof of our booking for the right day and she still insisted we were wrong, I had the conformation email on my phone I was eventually refunded , no apologies not even a curt smile. From pitch to the shower block I passed two derelict toilet blocks and a good 7 minute walk. Will never use this site again even though its in the CC Venture Abroad book. Will go back to using Claire Vacancies just outside Colmar.
