Poor Caampsite

Just returned from a 7 night stay here,it was 7 But we moved back to Du Gandspete. First complaint NO hot water in showers for a day and a half. Shower toilet block no lighting at night. Disabled toilets locked for most of our stay but never any hot water at anytime. Visited the adjacent site which is part of the site. If you want a drink or snack after 8.30pm tough,it closes. No waste water points on the pitches we were on so we copied the other campers,ie:chucked it in the hedge. Must not forget the JCB tearing about the site doing work for the new spa. Stayed from the 11th to 15th June 2017. Called the club and they will look into it. Almost forgot long grass weeds, however there are signs saying we cut every 10 days, and our pitch was cut on our fourth day. Would we go back there? NO.

Campsite’s Reply:

I sorry to read the comments and would like to address your concerns.

We passed our 4 stars in May 2017.

The showers are controled all at 9h every morning. If one dont work, my staff manage the problem.

We cut the grass every 10 days but some times when we work campers ask to not cut their pitch...

The snack is open as indicated on our website and in the notice from 18h to 20.30

For the Disabled toilets, we give the key at the reception when people ask for it because otherwise everybody use it.

We finish the spa in may because we open it at this time...  So the jcb ,as mentioned, is used to bring the trash and some works in the camping like cut the hedges in June.

Receive my apologies.

Best regards
