Wi-Fi time on line

Just been on line but could not log off!  Using Internet Explorer each time I entered 'logout' I was directed to MS server.  Called the Air Angel help line and eventually spoke to an technician who advised typing in http://logout.net, this worked.  Hope this will save the uneccessary wait which I had and the loss of internet time.

I found the best way was to log on, then open a new tab or browser window to do my web activity, then when I finished, return to the original tab which has the Airangel log-off button.

Having said that, I completely forgot to log off on my last morning before going home and only realised 8 hours later.  Not sure if the system will have logged me out due to non-activity or whether the remaining balance on my card will simply have been swallowed up.  I'll find out on my next trip.  Glad it doesn't have an auto top-up facility tied to my credit card!

I was told by the sevice centre at Air Angel that if I switched off the computer, or in my case ipod completely..., the air time is cancelled within 2 minutes. Having done this and found I still have credit one week later, it must be correct..

As mentioned by another member though, the best way is to minimize the log on page, and go back to it to log off, .. you then get a note of how much time you've used etc.

Whole club web site is very long winded. Just spent a good half an hour making a site booking!

I have got an iPad which I use when on sites. Had trouble last year and this with the amount of time remaining having logged out. E.G. Logged out at 9pm with 4 hrs approx left. One hour later logged on to find I had only 39 mins left. Warden on site got it reinstated But it happened again 2 nights later. I was told I hadn't switched off or logged out correctly. I have been very careful to do ttime each time I use it. I am now keeping a log of my usage. Have no direct phone number to air angel though.

this system is the worst ever, it's so hit and miss signing out ..I wont be buying any more time while this system is favoured by the CC I just don't understand why it's such a mess
