Challenge 24 – Visit a local farm shop or market and buy only four
ingredients, make a meal from these ingredients alone

We often attempt to buy local produce but rarely go to farm shops so
whilst driving around in Wiltshire we kept our eyes peeled for any
potential shopping opportunities. The first place that we stopped at
was a farm shop / café – it was predominantly the latter and only sold
jams, biscuits and ice-creams so we carried on on our route. Whilst
driving down a small lane we found a small farm displaying produce on
a small table by the roadside. We chose our four items (eggs, peppers,
runner beans, courgettes) and left the money in an empty jam jar
before setting off on our way.

The obvious meal choice was a vegetable omelette. After chopping up
the vegetables we then boiled / fried them before combining them an
eggy mixture et voila! Delicieux!?
