Working on a campsite is perfect if you want your work to take you to some of the most beautiful locations in the country – the Club operates 160 sites across the UK and Ireland.

Anthony Davies, Caravan and Motorhome Club Director of Sites and Accommodation, said, “We employ over 600 staff on our campsites and you’ll be among a team of friendly faces helping to ensure that our members and guests on campsites are able to enjoy a happy holiday in a safe and secure environment.  If you’re passionate about delivering great customer service, enjoy the outdoors and working as part of a team – we want to hear from you.”

Benefits of working on Club campsites:

  • You can work with your partner
  • You can bring your pets with you
  • The Club will give you all the skills you need with LANTRA accredited machinery training
  • You'll get on-site support from your fellow Site Managers – you’ll be stationed on a multi-manager campsite for the first two years
  • Full Club uniform and Personal Protective Equipment will be provided
  • Enjoy rent and utilities free living whilst working on sites
  • A fantastic pension scheme together with a whole host of other benefits and competitive remuneration

Davies continues, “Campsite staff normally spend between four and 10 months on site each year, but we do have some 12 month contracts. You can apply to become an Assistant Site Manager straight away. Once you’ve gained some hands-on experience working on site (usually two to three seasons) you can then go on to apply for a promotion to a Site Manager position.”
